Revitalizing
Exosome
Regenerative care that uses exosomes, cell-derived signaling substances, with the aim of creating an environment in which the skin can recover on its own. We check your condition first and propose only the scope you need.
Exosome
Exosome
Exosomes are microscopic vesicles secreted by cells that take part in signaling between cells. Rather than filling something in, the aim is to create conditions in which recovery comes more easily and to support the skin's own regenerative response. At Cheongdam Laplace, before raising the intensity, we first check whether your skin is in a state that can take regeneration.
Recommended for
- Those whose skin stays sensitive for a long time after a laser or peeling treatment
- Those with recurring tightness and flaking who need barrier recovery
- Those in their late 30s and beyond seeing fine lines and rougher texture begin together
- Those whose redness and heat take a long time to settle after a procedure
- Those who want to start with recovery-focused care rather than stronger procedures
Our View
How we see it at Cheongdam Laplace
The process
01
Skin assessment
Through the interview and visual and device-based diagnosis, we check the barrier condition and whether inflammation is present, and judge whether today's scope is feasible.
02
Cleansing and anesthesia
After makeup is removed, topical anesthetic is applied. The anesthesia time is adjusted according to the area and your pain sensitivity.
03
Opening the absorption pathway
Microneedling or a laser creates fine channels in the epidermis to prepare conditions in which the formulation can remain.
04
Application and calming
After the exosome formulation is applied, we continue with cooling and calming care and explain home care before you leave.

Frequently asked questions
How many exosome sessions are needed?
It depends on your skin condition and goals, but the response is usually reassessed after 3-5 sessions at 2-4 week intervals. Because change is difficult to judge from a single session, we record the skin's response each time and adjust the plan for the next one.
Can I have it on the same day as other procedures?
It is sometimes combined to support recovery after a laser or lifting treatment. Depending on the degree of heat and redness that day, however, combining may not be appropriate, so we adjust the order and interval again at the consultation.
When can I wash my face and wear makeup after the procedure?
Washing with lukewarm water is usually possible from the evening of the same day, and we recommend color makeup from the next day. If microneedling was done as well, recovery speed varies by individual, so we advise again after checking that the skin has calmed.
Is it possible during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
We do not recommend the procedure during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If there is an active infection or an inflammatory lesion at the treatment area, we also put recovery first and set a new time. Please tell us at the consultation if you are taking any medication.
Precautions and possible side effects
- Redness, warmth, and mild swelling may appear right after the procedure and settle within a few days.
- A stinging pain or a sense of irritation may be felt during and right after the procedure.
- If microneedling is combined, pinpoint bleeding or fine scabs may occur.
- Rarely, hypersensitivity to the formulation, such as itching or hives, may occur.
- Rarely, infection or an inflammatory reaction may occur at the treated area.
- If sun protection is insufficient after the procedure, temporary pigmentation may remain.
- To prevent infection, please avoid saunas, swimming, and excessive alcohol on the day of the procedure.
- Please let us know in advance if you have active acne, a history of herpes, or a tendency toward keloids.
- Results and the course of recovery vary by individual, and not everyone responds the same way.
Treatment results may vary depending on individual condition, and side effects may occur. Please confirm the details through a consultation with our medical staff.
